SMS – FAQ

Use the Lost your password function. You will then be able to reset your password using the email address you registered with us.

Go to the sign up form at the bottom of the home page and fill in your email. Once completed please make sure to add us to your Mail client address book to prevent emails going into spam.

Upon purchasing a product, you should automatically receive two emails from us (this does not include the invoice you receive from Paypal):

1. A purchase receipt for your order
2. A follow up confirmation email with event details and links

If you do not receive a confirmation email (with all the necessary information) in your inbox within 10 mins of your purchase, please check your mail client spam folder.

Also make sure to add office@sacredmountainsangha.org to your Mail client address book to prevent emails going into spam.

If you do not receive either of these emails in your inbox or spam folder please contact info@sacredmountainsangha.org

You will find the Zoom link to all our events in your follow up confirmation email.

If the event Zoom link opens an incorrect or previous meeting room, simply refresh the page.

If the problem persists you can try clearing your browser cache.

If this still doesn’t work then please contact info@sacredmountainsangha.org

You will have the option to create an account when you register/purchase for an SMS event.

Please email info@sacredmountainsangha.org from your registered email and request ‘delete account’ and we will do it for you.

Login to your account using your username and password. Then go to the drop menu for SMS Events > MY ACCOUNT > Payment Methods > Add/Delete payment method.
